PTA officers in attendance: Karen Frazier, Stacy Snoble, and Shelly Bastean.

Others in attendance: Sandy Morrow, Denise Rendon, Tami Hyatt, Wendi Watson, Melissa Flier, Mrs. Legge, and Chris Underwood.

The meeting was called to order at 5:30.

Shelly Bastean submitted the Treasurer’s Report and collected receipts for various re-imbursements.

The playground equipment has been delivered but may not be installed until summer. The area may need to be expanded. It was agreed to make every effort to see that it is installed before the end of the school year.

Final plans were made for Family Reading Night being held tomorrow. The celebrity readers are members of the Edison poms and girl’s basketball teams, a firefighter, PCHS basketball players, and military personnel.

About $460 St. Patrick’s Day candygrams were sold. They will be delivered Monday, March 17.

Creating a school directory was discussed. Permission to include students could be included in registration materials.

The April 26 rummage sale was discussed.

The decision was made to go with Jay Presley and Kathryn Beich for the fall fundraiser.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
