PTA officers in attendance: Karen Frazier, Stacy Snoble, Jackie Steger, and Shelly Bastean.

Others in attendance: Marj Oesch, Sandy Morrow, Wendi Watson, Chris Underwood, and Amy Dickey.

The meeting was called to order at 5:30.

Shelly Bastean submitted the Treasurer’s Report for May and a Year End Treasurer’s Report.

Chris Underwood presented a slate of officers for the 2003-2004 school year. President – Karen Frazier, Vice-President – Wendi Watson, Treasurer – Sandy Morrow, Secretary – Shelly Bastean. This slate was unanimously approved.

Thank you notes from the teachers for the teacher appreciation luncheon were shared.

Final plans were made for Fun Day to be held on June 4.

A table will be set up at registration in August. Cost to join PTA will be $5.00 per person or $9.00 per couple. A note asking permission to include name, phone number, and address in a school directory will be given out with a return date of August 28.

The next meeting will be held on September 15 at 5:15.
