12/1/03 PTA Meeting

• There will be a raffle during the week of the Christmas programs. A list will be sent home with the students telling what will be raffled off.
• Candy Grams were sent home with the students. They will be delivered December 15^th –19^th. Two members volunteered to attach candy and get them to the teachers.
• Volunteers are needed to help with prize distribution for the fundraiser. It will be December 13^th at 1:30. We earned a jukebox for the school. It will be unveiled at the prize distribution.
• Christmas parties will be held on December 19^th. Santa will make an appearance and hand out toothbrushes donated by Dr. and Mrs. Dickey.
• We have reserved 75 tickets for the Bradley men’s basketball game in January.
• The marquee for the front of the school will be ordered soon. We will need an electrician to wire it and a building permit before it is installed. The decision on where to order it from will be made soon.
• Santa’s Secret shop is underway. Volunteers were requested.
• The next popcorn and pencil day is December 12^th.
