| Tutoring | Who will be eligible for tutoring? | We have received funding for 3rd Grade tutoring through the First Choice Program. Sharon will tutor these children two evening a week. Teachers are to try to evaluate what 1st and 2nd Grade students will benefit from tutoring in a non-1st Choice related program. Susan Hillman will work with the younger group of children once a week. | Sharon Larimore

| Christmas Teacher Gifts | In lieu of gifts to teachers and staff. | Request parents send books, baby items, etc. to be given to a specific charity. Jeanne will make some phone calls to an individual in the community who works with Bosnian causes. She will report at our November meeting. | Jeanne Smith |
| More Parental Involvement | SILT needs to have more parents involved. | We would like to have as much parent involvement as possible with SILT.
