Silt Meeting Schedule When will meetings be held .Meetings will be held monthly on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:30 am. All staff members

Budget Who will set the Budget for this upcoming school year The Budget process will be set by S.I.L.T. this year Bill Link and S.I.L.T.

Learning Center Lab Availability When will the lab be available for checkout by classroom teachers Teri Grant will provide a schedule for lab checkout by classroom teachers. All lab acxtivities during this time will be teacher directed. Teri will also provide a list of objectives that need to be worked on by all grade levels. Teri Grant

Starke School Goal What will our school goal include Part of the School Goal will be parental involvement, increase student achievement in reading and writing. Bill will collecting and aggregating data in regard to this goal. These results will be shared with staff. Bill Link

Quality Kid Program Involving students with collecting and charting data Vicki Ronnam Brandi Messman, & Steve Grys will serve on a team working with involving students with collecting and charting data. This will involve the "quality Kid" program. Mr. Link continues to look for another member to join this team. Vicki Ronna, Brandi Messman, Steve Grys, Bill Link

School Improvement Planning Posters Writing & Curriculum posters are in the process of being laminted. Staffshould have them by late this week. Mary Galvin will deliver them to classrooms as soon as they arrive.

Summer writing information When will information be received October 1 will be the date staff should receive summer writing information. When teachers receive these assessments they may be used as pre-tests to determine what level the children are at in the beginning of the school year. All teachers

SAI Materials When will they be received The remander of SAI materials should be received in the near future All staff will be notified as soon as they arrive

Goals 2000 Budget Funds need to be used by the end of this school year These funds must be used by the end of the school year. A large portion of these funds will be used on our SIP day activities. Bill Link

PTA More teacher involvement Their goal is to have at least one teacher attend the monthly PTA meetings. Teachers could take turns attending. (Last year PTA provided the fax maching, the $100 per teacher field trip money, white boards for some classrooms, a divider for the Learning Center, among other miscellaneous items. This year the PTA will be providing a more "user friendly" check out desk for the Learning Center. This will make it easier for the smaller children when checking out books. PTA and Staff
