After School Adventures

Boys Baseball
A 7th and 8th grade team of about 18 players competing against area teams. Tryouts are held the end of July, beginning of August. The team plays about 15 games a year, and home games are played at Diamond #2 in Mineral Springs Park. The season ends about mid-August.

Boys Basketball
A 7th and 8th grade team of 12-15 players competing against area teams. The teams play about 22 games.

Boys Track
Students compete in 13 track and field events with other area schools.

Cheerleading
Participates in a variety of workshops at Illinois State University and the Pekin Park District. Also, marches in the Pekin Marigold Festival Parade, PCHS Homecoming Parade, and cheers at basketball games.

Girls Basketball
A 7th and 8th grade team of 12-15 players competes against area teams.

Girls Track
Students compete in 13 track and field events with other area schools.

Girls Volleyball
Compete in volleyball matches with area schools.

Pom Pons
Perform dance routines, choreographed and taught by pom pon members themselves, at home games, some assemblies, and other special events.
