the after school services provided to our students and

- What types of enrichment or tutorial programs do
you think after school programs should offer?
- What would you be able to pay for an after school
activity that meets once a week for 8 weeks? (None,
$2/week, maximum total of $16 for 8 weeks, up to
$5/week, maximum total of $40 for 8 weeks.)
- What days and times would you like your student(s)
to be able to attend enrichment and/or tutorial activities?
- Are you interested in volunteering to help with
after school activities?
- What problems could prevent your student(s) from
attending after school activities?
- What grant funded opportunities are available to
fiscally support after school/weekend activities
for K-8 students?
- Has your child's academic progress improved because
of his/her participation in after school programs?

that includes:
- Potential savings of closing each school
- How students will be housed if each school is closed.
- The implications of closing each school (redistricting,
transportation costs, teacher assignments, etc.)

Charge: Develop a recommendation that includes
a plan to move District 108 toward the implementation
of a "holistic accountability plan". This recommendation
should include:
- Suggested measurements that can be standardized
across the district.
- Timelines and action plans for implementing a district-wide
accountability plan.
- The use of multiple measurements (ISAT, grade level
assessments, rubrics, etc.)
- An action plan to communicate the holistic accountability
plan to all district employees.
