purpose of the District Instructional Leadership
Team is to:
- Study
District Issues
- Provide
Assistance
- Make
Recommendations
- Enhance
Communication by or through:
- Creating
a climate that promotes trust, collaboration
and diversity
- Listening
and learning, both inside and outside the
system: monitoring, interpreting, evaluating,
adjusting, and communicating the Strategic
Plan.
- Encouraging
and celebrating risk-taking abd experimentation
as a learning tool.
- Providing
human resources for groups within and associated
with the district.
- Establishing
decision-making parameters
- Facilitating
the establishment of priorities in the
use of resources.
