Process Management looks at how the district/school/classroom designs, introduces, delivers and improves its educational programs and offerings. It also examines how the district/ school/ classroom designs, maintains and improves its support processes. Effective, efficient management as well as systemic improvement of these processes is essential to performance excellence. Improved results are the direct result of improved processes.
