Current Reality:
- 60% of staff are involved in the staff development (Pilot Program) at various stages.
- Fellowship program in pilot testing.
Goals:
- Teachers, administrators, school library personnel, and support staff master technological skills needed to perform their work.
Gap:
- Expand and refine the implementation of the Teacher Pilot Program
- Expand and refine the implementation of the collaborative planning process among classroom and LC staff.
- Continue involvement of all interested stakeholders in the visioning and planning process.
- Develop a process for staff to share successful project implementation inside and outside the district.
- Maintain three technology coordinators, continue "train the trainer" experts concept, and expand network of trainers to meet training needs
