Current Reality:

Student technology skills limited to instruction in the Learning Center and pilot teacher-only classrooms.
Research, author, and publish opportunities are limited to currently trained staff.
Innovative projects and extended activities are limited to only summer time.

Goals:

Extensive daily student use of technology tools to create knowledge for themselves and to share it with others.

Gap:

Implement, evaluate, and refine K-8 technology curriculum.
Implement, evaluate, and refine K-8 RAP curriculum and integrate the skills across all subjects.
Develop an assessment component for student tech curriculum.
Foster the use of technology tools that support engaged teaching and learning.
Use technology to engage learners and to enhance and improve instruction of the established curriculum.
Expand implementation of TLC model to K-8.
Develop ways to extend use of technology for students and staff during non-school hours.
