1) Download The Image
Download the picture of the eagle by right-clicking on the image and choose save iamge as. Save the image to the desktop.















2) Open the Hue/Saturation/Lightness Palette
After opening the file in Photoshop, Choose
Image --> Adjust --> Hue/Saturation








3) Move the Lightness Sliding Bar
Click and drag the little arrow underneath the lightness bar. Move it to the right to increase the lightness.

4) Click and save your image
Your Lightness settings should be applied.
