1) Objects Toolbar
To make a E-Mail link make sure that the Objects tollbar is still up and you are on the commons..

2) E-Mail Link Icon
Select the Icon in the lower portion called Insert E-Mail Link

3) Insert E-Mail Link Information
When the window comes up fill in the information that is needed
