1) Properties Toolbar
To make links to another page or also to an anchor make sure that the Properties toolbar is selected. In the Properties Toolbar there is a text field that is labeled links.

2) Insert Link
Select the text that is to link to the page you want. Select the folder icon next to the area provided for you to type the link. This will let you choose the page you would like to link to. This will only work if you have the page on your computer. If you want to link to another page off of you webpage type the address of the page in the area provided.
