Using Adobe Photoshop 6
1) File, Automate, Web Photo Gallery
First you will want to open photoshop and then go to file, automate, and then web photo gallery.
   
2) Options
There are many different options that you need to select. Select the arrow and then select banner.
   
3) Banner Options
The first field called Site Name will be the title of the page. You can also put the name of the photographer and the date the pictures were taken. Then you will need to select the font and the font size.
 
4) Gallery Images
Gallery images are the images that are linked from the thumbnails. You can set how large you want the images to bee. There are preset sizes (small, medium, and large) or you can set the size yourself. Then you will need to select the quality of the images.

5) Gallery Thumbnails
Gallery thumbnails are the thumbnails that appear on the final page. The filename and file info can be used as captions on the thumbnail page. If you do use these then you will need to choose the font anf the font size. Next you will need to select the size of the thumbnails. Again there are preset sizes. Then you will select how many rows and columns there will be on the page. There is also an option for a border around thumbnails.

6) Custom Colors
You can change the the background color, the banner color, and also the color of the links on the page if desired.
7) Folders
Now is the time to slect the image that are going to be used for the page. The source folder is the folder where the images are currently saved. The destination folder is where the pages, images, and thumbnails will be saved.
8) Final Step
After all the options are set select ok. Then photoshop will start opening and resizing the images for you. After photoshop is done you can then open the page in Dreamweaver and edit if needed.
