How are we doing on our targets?

Each group reviewed our action plan for accomplish target mastery.

All were in agreement that we were making good progress.

What still needs to be done?
Purchase new software
Decide how to best spend our Literacy money—must be spent by spring

Title I teachers want more money to buy materials

Teachers need to work together to help each other learn to administer &

manage SAI checklists

Teachers need to continue to share materials

Do we need to include additional activities for SAI mastery of the targeted outcomes?
Our target areas were all in reading. We need to purchase math

manipulatives to help with SAI math outcomes

We need to schedule grade level release time for SAI planning

We need to continue to involve parents—understanding SAI & helping

students at home with problem areas

We need to work on math facts timed tests.
