Young Authors
Students use creative writing skills to author their very own book.
The book is then entered in to a district wide contest where the books
are judged. Representatives from each grade level are chosen to attend
the State Level Young Authors competition.
SCORE
Council
SCORE Council representatives sponsor service projects for both
the school and community.
After School Adventures
The After School Adventures program will be combined with the Extended
Day program. It is designed to involve students in exciting, constructive
activities to improve academic, social, and physical skills. In
a safe environment, students will participated in varied activies
to develop their social and personal skills. Cooperation and developing
positive self-concepts will be key elements of the program.
