Pekin IRVSRA (Illinois River Valley Special Recreation Association) provides integrated and specialized programs for individual with special needs. Rachel Doan, Special Populations and Recreation Program Manager is available to assist and advise participants and their care givers to assure a comfortable quality recreational program.

Inclusive Programming: We recognize that some participants with special needs may not have their needs met by SRA Programs and some SRA participants are interested in participating in other Pekin Park District Recreational Programs.
