| First Time Registering? The Park’s Liability Waiver needs to signed when registration form is completed. They are available in the Arena Lobby after hours, or at www.pekin.net/pekinparkdistrict. When completed you may fax (347-3970) or drop in our drop box (located on the Recreation Reception Office door). Family Registration Rate is full price for the first child, a 25% discount for the second child and 50% discounted for each additional family member, unless otherwise noted. Reduced registrations pertain only to those living in the same household and only for those registering for the same program. Cash Payments are only accepted in person in the Recreation Office. Registrations are Accepted on a first come first served basis until class has reached its maximum number of participants. Payment is made at the time of registration. Scholarships are available to those in need and are for residents only. Forms are available in the Recreation Reception Office. Just ask your friendly office staff or program manager. Pekin Park District Resident is anyone living within the Pekin Park District boundaries and paying taxes to Pekin Park District. If you have a question regarding residency, please call the Recreation Reception Office where a complete list and map is maintained. Nonresidents pay an additional $3 per program unless otherwise noted. Program Wait List - Popular programs fill fast. If this happens to you, please ask to be placed on a wait list.

Program Refunds Full refunds or transfer requests are given if received at least 7 days prior to the start of the program, less $5 service charge. Refund and transfer requests less than 7 days prior to the start date of the program will receive a 50% refund, less $5 service charge. Refunds are mailed within 2 weeks. Refunds are not given after the start of the program, except for illness (note from doctor must be submitted) or if moving from the area. Class Cancellations will occur occasionally or a class will need to be moved to a different time. In the case of a cancellation, a full refund will be issued. Lost & Found items found on park grounds will be delivered to the Recreation Office located in the Arena. If you discover you’ve lost something, please call the Recreation Office at 34R-PARK (347-7275) and leave your phone number with us. We’ll call you if found. Gift Cards - Give the gift of leisure for birthday gifts and other special occassions. Carry and use the Gift Card instead of cash for admittance to Mini Golf, DragonLand, Boats, Concession Stands, and Golf Courses and for program fees! Camping Permits are available for tent camping only at the Delwood Camping area in McNaughton Park. Permits are issued at no charge, 48 hours in advance in the Recreation Reception Office in the Memorial Arena.
