Hello, I am Linda Seth principal of Preschool Family Education Center. I feel quite fortunate to be an administrator in a school where students begin their school careers. The positive impact early childhood education can have on a child lasts long after they leave preschool and move on to elementary and high school. Preschoolers are excited about discovering new ideas and concepts and they remind us that we can all learn something new each day.
I love learning and enjoy going to school. I earned an A.A.S. from Illinois Central College, B.A. from University of Illinois at Springfield, and a M. Ed. from Illinois State University. I also attended Bradley University to complete my General Administrative endorsement coursework and completed my Director of Special Education coursework at Illinois State University.
My heroes are people who inspire others to do their best work and who appreciate the unique qualities found in each one of us. Eleanor Roosevelt once said, “I think, at a child's birth, if a mother could ask a fairy godmother to endow it with the most useful gift, that gift should be curiosity.”
