     Who We Serve:

    • Families with children prenatal to 3 years old
    • Families must meet the state’s guidelines as determined through a screening process.  Some criteria are as follows:
        • low-income families
        • homeless families
        • Families in which English is not the primary language
        • Teen parent(s) and parent(s) who have not completed high school
        • Children with a potential developmental delay
        • Foster families
        • Families living without a support system

    What We Do:

     

    • Free personal home visits – weekly or bi-weekly
    • Build and develop family’s strengths and goals
    • Ages and Stages developmental screenings for children
    • Friendly parent groups to meet and socialize with other parents
    • Connections to resources and other agencies in the area
    • Special family events throughout the year
    • Play groups to encourage peer social interaction
    • Monthly Parent Education with community speakers
    • Toy and Book Loan
    • Research based Baby Talk curriculum for children birth to 3 years old
    • Educational activities
    • Spanish speaking Family Educator available
